We continue to be financed entirely by the Hoare family on an unlimited liability basis. As a result we have a highly conservative attitude to risk which is monitored closely and managed within strict limits.
Our growth and development is funded entirely through retained earnings. The chart shows the growth in our capital resources in the ten years following 2004.
Share capital and reserves are now at £220m.
